Oh I loved this. Pam’s book Cowboys are My Weakness was instrumental in my life (raft and climbing guides were my weaknesses) love her and can’t wait to see her in @Jackson Hole next week. Love your writing too … you have both been great role models.
When I start to feel overwhelmed by the state of the natural world or the state of our current political climate, Pam's writing lifts me back up, and I remember that it IS possible to deeply love a world in peril and to continue to find beauty and meaning all around me.
